This is a creative movement meditation practice, with space for drawing, writing and speaking if wished.
A safe space for exploring movement, expression and relationship, through a simple form, based around the established practice of ‘Authentic Movement’.
These groups offer an opportunity to practice listening to, and following the body, in a supportive environment. Gentle movement exploration in this way can offer a means of ‘arriving home’ to body and to self.
