What is Thai yoga Massage?

Thai yoga massage is an ancient and unique healing art that has been an integral part of traditional Thai medicine for thousands of years.

It is a technique that combines a sequence of gentle body manipulation, deep stretching, rhythmic compression, and acupressure. On a session the client lies on a firm mat on the floor wearing soft, comfortable clothes.In the session the body is gently compressed, pulled, stretch, rocked and deeply relaxed.
